Samuel Mahaffy facilitates an Appreciative Inquiry visioning process for community and faith-based organizations, universities, nonprofits and NGOs.  This process brings together key leadership and stakeholders to imagine a desired future for the organization. In our time together, you will build a shared vision for what your organization can be in terms of infrastructure, programs, finances, and purpose.  This strengths-based approach allows organizations to move beyond conflict, deepen relationships and recommit to a positive and shared vision of what the organization can be and do.

You need bring only your ability to imagine, your experience, and your heart commitment to your organizational mission. The outcome will be a roadmap for the organization to find the resources and build the partnerships needed to fulfill its mission effectively over the next one to five years. The results of this work will be summarized and presented to the organization for approval and action.
